As an innovation and technology division, our CSR (corporate social responsibility) approach is built around six priority axes reflecting our commitments in the areas of Digital, AI & Data, and Payments.
Oney is committed to making responsible choices. To achieve this, we pledge to
As a trusted third party, the Digital & Payments division is proud to implement a system (Privacy Center) designed to reassure customers regarding the use of their data and AI solutions by Groupe BPCE on the web and digital customer portals of Banque Populaire and Caisse d’Epargne.
We are also providing them with a charter based on six pillars for the responsible use of AI:
In France, the underrepresentation of women in computer engineering is a persistent problem, with only 15% of current roles filled by women, compared to a third [ST1] 30 years ago (source: HCE report, November 2023).
In response to this reality, the Digital & Payments division has decided to prioritize the feminization of tech professions and its leaders.
To accelerate the feminization of our tech professions, we have partnered with the BecomTech association, which advocates for diversity and equality in IT and digital fields. Interns are welcomed by the employees of our companies to better understand our professions.
To support the feminization of our leaders, a mentoring program has been established to assist female employees of the division under 35 years old in their professional careers.
Continuing this effort, the division commits to creating an inclusive and respectful work environment for all through awareness and training actions aimed at combating sexism in all its forms.
As a source of economic efficiency and sustainable performance, gender equality is one of the strategic objectives of Groupe BPCE’s plan.
Since summer 2024, customers of Banques Populaires, Caisses d’Epargne, and Oney benefit from new payment cards now made of recycled plastic.
Recycled plastic is a more sustainable material in terms of carbon footprint: between 6.5 and 11g of CO2 are saved per payment card.
To continue our commitment to digital inclusion, we ensure our payment cards are to all by including a side notch that allows visually impaired and blind individuals to recognize these cards more easily and quickly in their wallets. Additionally, Oney cards feature the “ONEY” brand written in braille.
At BPCE Payment Services, Payplug, and Xpollens, we are convinced that CSR is at the heart of our strategy and our businesses.
Three years of commitment to CSR in payments are illustrated in our IMPACT book. Through the testimonials of our employees, discover the concrete actions and initiatives we have taken to integrate social responsibility into our everyday work
