Our multitude of expertise and the diversity of our profiles, enriched by our various brands, give us a unique culture. While respecting the culture of each profession and each company in the division, we develop a common culture based on essential qualities for the development of digital and new technologies.
The diversity of talents, professions, and expertise is essential to fully meet the diversity of our clients and their expectations. This diversity is accompanied by a search for unity on certain critical points: our technological choices and working methods, in particular.
In digital activities, the key to success lies in the ability to easily work together, among professions, companies, and functions, and to develop “end-to-end” approaches. We cultivate multidisciplinarity, transcending roles, and prioritizing the collective over territorial logic.
We are constantly listening to those (individuals or companies) who want to innovate, create value, or grow with us. In France and internationally. We are always on alert, ready to welcome the best talents.
Beyond the systems offered by the Group to develop the skills of each employee, BPCE AI, Digital & Payments has established specific pathways for its professions.
The “Lead Up” leadership pathway is organized each year around personalized modules to offer a unique experience focused on performance, customer orientation, and tech developments related to AI.
An annual mentoring program is offered to about a dozen women under 35 through support from members of the BPCE AI, Digital & Payments Management Committee. The goal is to guide them in their professional and personal development.
Since some of our expertise is strategic for the entire group, our teams design and offer training and acculturation programs on specific professions such as data, AI, and fraud.

For us, new employees are part of the division even before they arrive! That is why we designed personalized support from the moment they commit to joining BPCE AI, Digital & Payments. We specially created and developed an application to facilitate their onboarding by discovering the division, its history, its missions, and its expertise.
After their arrival, other initiatives await them (onboarding day, training… ) to meet their colleagues and explore our professions in detail. And of course, throughout the year, informational or social events will be offered!
