Trois typologies de clients de BPCE Digital & Payments

BPCE AI, Digital & Payments, technological innovation at the service of all Groupe BPCE clients.

We create value through the unprecedented union of digital and payment businesses.

It all started with a conviction…

The digitalization of payments and banking services must sustainably create value for the clients of Banque Populaire and Caisse d’Epargne of Groupe BPCE. As the second-largest player in payments in France, BPCE established the AI, Digital & Payments division in 2021, uniting all digital professions with all payment professions in an unprecedented manner.

Involving over 1,000 employees, BPCE AI, Digital & Payments synergizes expertise across payment services, trade financing, digital, AI, data, and technological transformations. The division’s actions lead, on one hand, to the continuous improvement of online banking services (for both individuals and professionals); and on the other hand, to the ongoing enhancement of payment service efficiency, which is a key lever for the performance of businesses and companies.

BPCE AI, Digital & Payments has set four primary requirements.

User Experience “The customer is always right.” The quality of the experience perceived by the end customer is crucial for the satisfaction of our client, whether they are a Banque Populaire, a Caisse d’Epargne, a merchant, or a company.

Innovation In terms of technology, we have one certainty: there is never any definitive certainty. Innovation requires ambition, audacity, and humility. It also necessitates partnership, both with other leaders and with startups.

CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) In implementing new digital solutions and new payment systems, the division pays particular attention to two dimensions: ethics and inclusivity. It actively promotes gender diversity in Tech professions.

Security Data security, transaction security, and security for buyers and sellers are daily obsession, even if the imperative of discretion makes them less visible.
