Accessibility Statement

What is digital accessibility?

Digital accessibility is a set of rules and best practices covering, in particular, functional, graphic, technical, and editorial aspects.

Following these rules and best practices ensures that digital media (websites, mobile applications, PDF documents, etc.) are accessible to people with disabilities.

An accessible site allows, for example, to:

  • Customize the display via the operating system and/or browser (enlarging or reducing font size, changing typography, modifying colors, stopping animations, etc.).
  • Navigate using assistive technologies such as text-to-speech software or a braille display.
  • Navigate without using a mouse, using only the keyboard, switches, or a touchscreen.
  • View videos and audio content with subtitles and/or transcripts.
  • Etc.

Digital accessibility commitments

BPCE AI, Digital & Payments is committed to making its websites (internet, intranet, and extranet), mobile applications, software packages, and digital street furniture accessible, in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005, and in line with the ambitions and commitments of the BPCE Group, of which it is a part.

The BPCE Group is currently implementing a program to strengthen digital accessibility, one of the key components of which is the development of a joint 2025-2027 multi-year plan applicable across all its entities.

BPCE Digital & Payments operates within this shared framework, adapted to its own scope through an action plan for the year 2026.
